Each year we select 50-60 of the most promising CEOs in emerging, high-growth tech companies in the DC area to attend The Mindshare Program and join our Alumni Network.
Most nominees join The Program as first-time CEOs. We focus on individuals who will gain knowledge as well as contribute to the Mindshare Alumni network. Our annual course is tailored for CEOs of young tech companies with a product (versus government contractors and service organizations).
Here’s what to expect:
Meets 1x a month Feb-Nov for a networking, dinner, and panel discussion event
A one-time program & membership fee of $1,250 (scholarships are available)
Access to vibrant online CEO community hub + daily email + quarterly newsletter
Build lasting connections with 50+ CEOs in your cohort at Program events
New members must attend at least 5 of 8 events to keep their membership status
Once you complete The Program, become an Alumni Member for life

We only allow nominations of candidates from WITHIN our network via Alumni or our Board.
All nominations must be received by mid-December.
December to mid-January the Board reviews all nominations and selects top CEO candidates to be offered a spot in Mindshare.
All nominees must submit an application to join by the end of January.
New members attend their first Program event in late February (usually the 3rd Thursday of the month).
Congrats! Someone from our network nominated you. You’ll have an email from our board asking you to officially apply.
