Our program is the gateway to a support network of CEOs & leaders.

What The Program offers & entails.

Each year we select 50-60 of the most promising CEOs in emerging, high-growth tech companies in the DC area to attend The Mindshare Program and join our Alumni Network.

Most nominees join The Program as first-time CEOs. We focus on individuals who will gain knowledge as well as contribute to the Mindshare Alumni network. Our annual course is tailored for CEOs of young tech companies with a product (versus government contractors and service organizations).

Here’s what to expect:

Monthly Program Events

Meets 1x a month Feb-Nov for a networking, dinner, and panel discussion event

Program & Member Fee

A one-time program & membership fee of $1,100 (scholarships are available)

Your Cohort Of CEOs

Build lasting connections with 50+ CEOs in your cohort at Program events

Attendance Expectations

New members must attend at least 5 of 8 events to keep their membership status

The process: From nomination to program start

Type of CEOs we're looking for

  • EXPERIENCE: First time CEOs get priority.
  • REGION: Based in the DC area.
  • BUSINESS: Technology startups with a product.
  • DRIVE: Want to give as well as get in our network.
  • DIVERSITY: We welcome CEOs from all backgrounds.

How CEOs get nominated

We only allow nominations of candidates from WITHIN our network via Alumni or our Board. 

The nomination deadline

All nominations must be received by mid-December.

The Committee Review

December to mid-January the Board reviews all nominations and selects top CEO candidates to be offered a spot in Mindshare.

Class Selections Completed

All nominees must submit an application to join by the end of January.

The Program begins!

New members attend their first Program event in late February (usually the 3rd Thursday of the month).
